Hi everyone, ive been on and off the phone with netflix and paypal and cant seem to fix my problem. Im trying to renew my netflix account but it keeps saying theres a problem with my paypal account. So i continue to paypal, where it says theres a balance of 0.19 cents due and it will be charged to my account. It then asks me to put in credit card info but i use debit. Someone please help. Thanks
