I have sent money out and it is saying pending when I go to cancel the payment it won't show it does anyone have any suggestions, I rang customer services and they where no help
You'll need to keep calling them as no one in the forums has access to your account and the technical back end to discuss specific issues which sounds like some kind of technical issue:
Contact customer service:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Or private messaging via social media:
Pending in your paypal account?
Pending with a clearance date?
Pending on both receiver and sender?
Pending with a cancel option?
Pending to a company awaiting authorisation?
