Hello, I have a little problem si I was wondering if someone could help me.
On November 23, I ordered three articles from Peek & Cloppenburg online site in
the value of 79.97 Euros, making a payment over PayPal and the same
day I saw that the account was disbursed, I have a paypal
confirmation. However, after few days I have disbursed an additional
79.97 euros from my account so I was thinking that I was double charged
the same service. Then I first contacted Peek & Cloppenburg customer service to ask them if there was a mistake, but they told me that they charged me only once and that it is the paypal authorization it's all about, so can someone explain me what is it all about and can I get a refund?
