Payments with VISA debit card

 I have been on ebay.co.uk for sometime just purchasing.

Am in Africa and have a VISA debit card, recently registered on  eBay-mag to be able to export assorted Agricultural materials and raw materials.

what can i be able to do to sell on this platform

PayPal Uganda cannot receive payments. Can only buy online or send payments for goods and services with it.
