So I mailed items to 2 separate customers in 2 different states. PayPal told me their payments would be on hold for up to 21 days due to me never having sold anything before. I get online today and both their payments were declined. But they’ve already received my items and were very pleased with what they bought. Why didn’t their payments ever make it to my PayPal account.
