Hi. Two separate people from abroad have tried to make a payment to me through Paypal but have had problems and say it is not possible. Is this not possible to do? Excuse my ignorance. Thanks
I'm sorry to hear that the people trying to pay you have been unable to do so. What was the error that they encountered? What countries were they sending from? Do you have any messaging in your account that directs you to resolve any issues in the Resolution Centre?
