Payments taken twice

Hi

i owed eBay £14.48 for fees which was in arrears on PayPal. I paid for a item yesterday plus the £14.48. This morning I have had £14.48 taken out of my bank for a separate payment 

The first payment with the purchase is still pending just wondering if it will take it twice or not.

Whichever payment arrives at your paypal balance first will clear the neg balance.

The second transfer / payment will be credited to your paypal balance and you can withdraw it back to your bank account if you want to.
