I'm trying to see the "Payments ON Hold" for the last 3 months but it's showing me that there's no transaction just like the picture in below and I already sent Paypal about this issue 3 times and they haven't still responded and it's been nearly two weeks yet they didn't get back to me.
Can anyone tell me why I can't see my payments thats on Hold?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
