Has anyone had this happen? One payment went through fine yesterday then two payments have been put on hold? No annoying when you could have just done it through your bank privately and no pay fees to get your money held up. No one is answering any messages sent to customer service I will refund I think and never use paypal again too inconsistent for me

Payment to your paypal balance?

Paypal to your bank account?

Payment to a seller?

Payments from buyer but I never had a problem Friday only Saturday
