My paypal is connected to a bank account that has enough money for every purchase that I’ve attempted. I have a quizlet+ subscription and received a text/email from paypal saying there was a problem with the payment. I tried to order an uber multiple times yesterday and this morning and the payment did not go through. I also am not able to receive any money that people have attempted to send. I have no idea what exactly is wrong that is causing this, and nowhere does paypal specify what it is. Any help?
