In the last four days I've tried to make payments to people in my PayPal contact list. I did exactly what I usually do, but the money was never sent. Not great for my credibility. In both cases I sent the money a second time and it went through. I need to be able to rely on this service, I'm not a "checks in the mail person". What's going on?
