I have sold some beats through Beatstars Marketplace and the payment didn't get through, it seems it's canceled. The person who bought it said he received a mail saying his payment didn't process. I checked everything on my settings but there is no block or restrictions. Is it because I am in Europe and he buys from the USA? I didn't restrict international purchases or anything like that.
I opened another PayPal account for my beat-selling business and connected it to Beatstars today. I bought a beat from my marketplace for 0,01$, the purchase went well but on my PayPal transactions, it's shown that I have paid 0,01$ fee so I received 0,00$.
How can I receive money from other countries, do I need to change some settings, and do I always pay a fee like this when I receive money?
