eBay Buyer had PayPal payment sent back to him because of my email (I have added correct email now) address was incorrect. He has not responded to sending payment for high price item sold to him & Ebay & PayPal keep sending me back to each other & will not resolve. He’s a long term member & buyer & always pays. He has item & I have no money! Spent hours in both help centers & no one is helping me.
The buyer would have either had unclaimed OR unclaimed with a cancel option on his paypal account.
If unclaimed then if you add that wrong email address back on to your paypal account the funds should show up, if not then the funds would time out and go back to the buyer at 30 days post payment.
If there was a cancel option then the buyer has to use it and can pay again once the funds have returned back to his funding source.
Neither paypal nor ebay can force someone to pay.
