I recently purchased an item on eBay and I didn’t even pay for the item and I didn’t order from the seller previously and he gave me a confirmation number and told me that I should receive the item within a few days. How can that be possible if they did not take any of my payment information ?And I do have a PayPal account but there’s not enough money in there to cover it so it wasn’t drawn from that
