But I didn’t received the payment from my customer. How can i check? She (customer) also cant check if the payment already deduct form her credit card.

Hey @Zy09,

 

Great question! If the payment was successful, you should see it in your payment history. The funds may not yet be available in the balance, but they will show in your activity and in a held balance if they're placed on a hold. If you don't see the payment, you'll want to make sure that your email is confirmed so your account is verified to receive money. I hope this information helps!
