Hey guys, I made a purchase last night for just over £117, the payment to the supplier was declined but the money has exited my bank account. Someone help me please. Will I get this money back?

Hi @Ben143,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the payment was declined. Is the £117 showing as an authorization? If so, the authorization should expire after a few days. If this does not occur, please reach out to customer service to request that the charge be investigated.
