I made a payment and that person that i sent the money to claims that the payment has not come through. I have a screen shot showing that it was completed on my end. Is there anything more i can do?

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. If the payment status appears as completed, that means the money was transferred to the recipient's PayPal account successfully. I'd recommend reviewing the email address or phone number that was used to send the payment to ensure there weren't any typos. You can also reach out to the recipient to see if their email address has been confirmed. If they're still unable to claim the payment after that, please have them contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
