Payment

I can't seem to get the payment page to work.  I'm trying to make my payment.  My summary and everything else I try works but not the "make a payment".  Anybody know what's going on?

I am sorry to hear you are unable to make a payment on your PayPal account. What error message do you receive when trying to make a payment?
