Before shipping an item/order remember that payment from your buyer should appear first on your PayPal account. You will receive notification if someone sent you a payment. If the payment from your buyer is not showing on your PayPal account you can contact the buyer to complete the payment. You can also ask the courrier to have the package reroute back to you, and if it was delivered and you are unable to contact your buyer then you can file a complaint to www.ic3.gov and provide necessary information.
