I recieved a payment 7 days ago from someone sending an e-check. I recieved an email saying it would appear in 3-5 days but it has not come through yet. How do I get the money to go to my account? I've never had this issue before

Hi @Kellingson,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the funds from an eCheck did not come through in the expected time frame. The time frame listed is an estimate, and is typically correct if there are no problems with the funds, though delays can happen.

 

Have the funds transferred at this point? If they still have not, it is possible that the payment has been stopped at the bank by the sender.

 

I hope the funds have already transferred!
