I got this message when i want to pay my first payment "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again" And i got it in my 2nd account paypal I did confirmed my number and my Email Please help me to solve this problem

You are only allowed 2 active paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

If you have 2 of the same type then you risk them being limited and may have problems with them.
