If you haven't even said type of transaction / type of site / funding source being used / not even what country you are in !!!

I sending money from my PayPal to a friends PayPal which we use to send but this time I keep getting this message when sending . I’m sending from Kenya to a friend in the United States

Hello,

Could you please let me know how can get my amount by the paypal. Because I'm first user on the PayPal and i am going to first transaction in my account by PayPal. now i got amount by my client but now I can not transaction in my account. it is showing HOLD my amount. please let me know and assist me to get it.
