Press to input credit card info and it processed my debit card on file instead... tried to catch it but it wouldn’t let me back to the page to correct... need help

Hi @Treyd1015,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties making a purchase with your preferred payment method. There are several situations that might cause the payment method to change, but it usually depends on what kind of payment it is and if the credit card is being denied by the card issuer when we attempt the purchase.
