Hello, so I have been using this website for over a year or 2 now to frequently buy scratch codes. Paying with paypal.

 

However, last night I was trying to purchase more scratch codes and the website said "The payment attempt was rejected. Please try again or use another payment method."

 

I tried a few more times and it kept giving the same response. However, after all of that no money has been taken outta my bank account.

 

Today, I tried again and it again gave me the same response. However, this time money has been withdrawn from my bank account. 

 

I spoke to the website's (scratch code provider) customer service and they told me they had not received any money from paypal and that I should check with paypal. Has anyone experienced this before?
