I sent my friend a kind of large payment and then sent my friend a small payment and my friend only got the small payment why did my friend not receive the larger payment?

The large payment is probably under review which takes up to 72 hours, once complete PayPal will send it on or mark the payment as received and available in your friend's account.

I sent him 60 he didn't get it but he got the 20 why didn't he get the 60?
