Payment with paypal remained processing

Hi, we made an order using paypal of more than 2000 eur payment. however after pressing confirm order the page remained processing. The money was taken but the confirmation from your end and the end of the seller has not been received.

It would help if you said what it says next to the transaction in your PAYPAL account???

Pending / unclaimed with or without a cancel option.

Completed or Sent?
