Dear Sirs, I have balance in my account( already set balance as my default payment) during the payment process i can't use the balance.
It keeps asking my CC Card.

Is the balance in your account in the correct currency for the country / transaction that you are paying?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
