Payment was sent but didn't go through to my account here

I was sent a payment from (Clickworker) on April the 1st and I have the invoice to prove it, I didn't receive any notification from Paypal about any transaction taking place... My Paypal account is verified and active, all the information I have put into it is accurate and complete.

 

Why wasn't the payment reflected on my paypal account, it's like nothing was sent... The company assures me that the money was sent to my paypal account and blames Paypal for it, I'm frustrated with the current customer service representation of Paypal so far, hence it's my first payment, the disappointment is doubled at least.
