Payment was made by my school but I did not receive it in my paypal account

My company paid me via Paypal. The money has not arrived in my paypal account yet.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the money that was sent to you. In general, payments are immediate. Did you receive an email stating that you had received the payment? If not, it may be that the money was not sent to you correctly. I would recommend asking the sender to double-check. They can also reach out to us directly for more help.

Also would help if you said which country you were in as some countries have restrictions on receiving paypal funds.
