Payment under address

Hi I’ve just set up and eBay account and the items I’ve sold have sent pending money to and old email and now I’ve posted them and some of the sales have been Cancelled as were pending on that address help?!’ ! What do I do?!

I am sorry to hear that this happened. Firstly, I would recommend logging into your eBay account and check the PayPal account linked to it. If it's incorrect, please change it to avoid this happening in the future. Secondly, we always recommend not to ship the item before the payment shows on your PayPal account. If you could not see the transaction but you shipped the item anyway, we would not be able to recover the payment. However, if there is a PayPal account linked to that email address, please log into it to see if any payments have been received. If not, I would recommend contacting the buyers to see if they can send another payment.
