Payment unclaimed

Hi I've had a payment but the payment does not appear on my balance and has the status unclaimed How do I get at this money

If its unclaimed on the SENDERS end then it either means someone has made a spelling error with the email address OR that email address is not verified OR the payment has been sent in a currency that the seller hasn't added to his paypal account yet.
