I've sent money to an account with unconfirmed email, but I want my money back. And also I did not send it from PayPal, I've sent it through my local bank mobile app as the latter gives us the possibility to send money to PayPal accounts directly. But now I want my money refunded, how do I get it back please? Any help?

Hi @ash0120,

I'm sorry to hear that you sent a payment to the incorrect email. If the payment is unclaimed, the funds will return after 30 days. If the payment was not sent through PayPal, there will not be a cancel option through PayPal. You may wish to communicate with the bank to see if they offer any cancellation options.
