Payment to a closed secondary email

I'm supposed to receive payment through a secondary email but I already closed it. Will payment go to the primary? Where will the payment be received?

If you can add your secondary email to your paypal account and verify it then the funds would show.

If you can't then the funds will return to the sender 30 days post payment.
