Just tried to make a payment to a seller using PayPal. Was informed by PayPal that my payment is pending their further investigation. The seller has informed me that my payment failed. So what happens now? If PayPal approve the payment in 72 hours will the purchase go through? Will the seller be notified and send out the item I purchased?
