Payment to Airbnb 26 Sept

Made a payment as always to Airbnb from my PayPal account. The payment was cancelled by them and my Money xas never refund to my account. Airbnb claim that they never got the amount and its truth because was ONLY a transaction . Its still on gold pending since the 26th and they date tô return to my account was the 6th of October. Só far nothing. Ive called só Manu Times the PayPal and they answer always the same. Ive tried the chat online no sucess. Thanks you for helping

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
