Hello help please. I logged onto an app DUOLINGO they were offering a week free trial. Then I see a payment come out for £75 for a years subscription with no option to cancel. I can’t get on to PayPal chat not getting option to chat. Couldn’t email told me to try later. What can I do please? I am getting so frustrated that I can’t get in touch with customer services. Thank you
Normally we recommend reaching out to the merchant first to see if they are able to authorize a refund or at minimal, a partial refund. If you end up being unable to reach them, I'd recommend trying to open a dispute on the transaction to see if they can assist further.
