I had a payment taken from my bank acc through PayPal for an item I sold on eBay but eBay said that money would not come out of my bank account or PayPal because they already refunded the buyer. So why has money been stolen from me still? I’ve been advised to speak to PayPal but it’s difficult trying to get in contact and get a response.
