UPS says my buyer received the PS4 4/29/2020. Paypal lists their payment as 'Pending'. When I try to file through the Resolution Center, I get this message:
We're unable to file a case on this transaction.
Since this is money you’ve received, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue.
