i made a purchase over the weekend. Bought some hive bulbs , won it on auction for £40.00. i had previously made two offers of £60.00 first which was rejected then i made a further offer of £70.00 which was rejected. so i waited and tried my luck on the auction which i one for £40.00. i paid by paypal straight away and all of a sudden my payment went to pending status. i have made a number of purchases since and all went through straight away.
I have tried contacting the seller twice and no response -- my question is : Is the seller blocking payment because he is **bleep** with me for winning the Auction at £40.00...Cant get help with paypal customer service ..have sent messages ---no response and now im afraid of losing my purchase --can any one help
