Payment status

I just paid some amount on a website using PayPal. amount is debited from my account but no transactions are being shown on my appal account! only notification I got from PayPal was the amount was preauthorised and if it's not completed money will be returned to your account! can anybody help me with this?

Hi @rahul_a_n

 

Sorry to hear of the concern. 

 

It sounds like you weren't logged into your PayPal account if the transaction is not reflecting as a transaction on your account. If you weren't logged into your account, that means you used our Guest Checkout payment option.
