Payment status denied, but no refund

 The seller said that the cancellation of the item was successful on their side, and that I had to contact paypal for my refund. In the history tab, it says that the payment status is denied. I used my credit card for the purchase. How do I get my refund or refund request. Your help will be appreciated. Thank You!paypal.PNG
