Payment status complete but orders are not reflected on seller's end

Hi, 

 

I've recently made a purchase to Jenson USA and the entire purchasing process was authorised and completed. Unfortunately, the order was not reflected on my Jenson USA account. Customer service from Jenson USA claimed that they did not receive any order as well. Jenson couldn't do anything about it, so I decided to file a report under unauthorised purchase since there wasn't much option for me to choose from with my predicament. The report was closed since it wasn't the right method to file and now I can't refile a report for this transaction under other means. I have no idea what to do at this point in time and hope somebody could have an answer to this problem I'm facing. Thank you
