Payment showing as ‘authorisation’

I bought a product from SportsDirect and sent them the payment, it showed as ‘authorisation’ on PayPal and took the money out of my account. The package hadn’t been delivered to me but I refunded the product and was waiting for my money back but it still says the payment is ‘authorisation’ and the money hasn’t been returned to my account. Any help? It’s been over 3 weeks and the money still hasn’t appeared in my account still ‘authorisation’ and PayPal won’t respond to ANY of my emails. Please help
