Payment will not go through. No matter how many times i try to resend. Trying to use account balance. My accoubt balance is my prefered way. Tried contacting customer service all day. Atleast 14 times so far. Get hung up on as soon as answer or no answer at all just automated system on repeat with no ETA. Im in EST. Still on hold now as i type this. 12 minutes so far. Still no ETA message. Just on repeat over n over. What am i supposed to do when i cant even get a hold of customer service???

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in the correct currency for the person you are paying?
Do you have a back up card linked to your paypal account as well?

Yes. Balance is available. Set as my prefered. Currency correct. Everything correct. This is why i don't understand it. I guess im gonna just give up. I cant win. Ive tried everything i can possibly think of. Also... I even tried buying something from ebay. Cheap. Using paypal check out. It declined with an error. I requested a check. Said payment request unsucessful. Please try again later. Please contact customer service. I dont get it. I guess my luck really is that bad. Lol. Err...

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
