Payment saying succeed so where’s the payment

How do I find out if payment was sent in account

The transaction will be listed under the "Completed" section of the Activity Page. If it wasn't, it'd be listed under "Pending" section which only appears if you have transactions pending.

If you are the recipient, then you might be a victim of a scam and spoofed PayPal payment email confirmation.
