I made a payment to an account but did it in the wrong currency. Later, I asked my friend to refund me so I could create another transaction in the right currency. Now in that part, everything went well, yet yesterday (approximately a week later from this event) I got charged twice from Paypal on my current bank account... I looked for the refund button but it says their refund period is of 56 days.. What's the faster way pls? I need your help, thanks!
