Payment recieved but won't let me accept

So i've received the payment from someone who purchased something from me, and i'm expecting to be able to transfer it to my account, but currently, it keeps asking me to verify my account, and I've done that...4 TIMES...the chat is no help whatsoever...someone help me...

By verifying they normally mean adding and confirming a bank account (not debit card) so have you done that?
