Payment received but zero balance

Sent $45 at 3pm. The transaction is In my activity yet my balance is zero. Account set up to automatically convert. Been on waiting/hold to PayPal for 20 mins

mine was sent to "paypal cash plus balance"  but I have no idea how to see balance, or transfer to bank
