Payment received but it won't appear in my balance.

I'm having a problem with a payment. In Recent Activity section the payment appears, but not in my balance (not even on hold).

Mine is in...took 3,5hrs.

I have had the same problem. When I check, it states it may be on hold or an email needs registering to my account but neither of these apply. anyone else seen the same message?
