Payment receive issue

I'm facing issue in receiving my first Payment from clickworker. I received an email to update some information in resolution Center but I can't see any open cases and I can't report a problem their. Please help

I had updated my FULL KYC details with purpose code , but still I can't see my pending payment anywhere and I can't found it to accept it in paypal
